Formuler / MYTVOnline setup guide

The manufacturer supplies hardware/software, not subscription content. MAC-ID uses a portal address; XC also needs the supplied login; M3U uses the supplied playlist. Keep identifiers, URLs and passwords private.

The MYTVOnline version changes the screen.

Formuler distinguishes MYTVOnline versions and MAC-ID, XC and M3U methods. These are account methods, not interchangeable field names. Its hardware/software documentation does not itself supply a content subscription.

The platform guidance below describes the manufacturer’s route. Current StarShare compatibility for the selected app, account and device still needs confirmation.

Formuler / MYTVOnline identifying reference and setup questions

Before entering account details.

  1. Identify MYTVOnline 2, 3 or 4.
  2. Open Connections on version 2; Content Manager then Content Sources on version 3; Settings, App Settings and Content Sources on version 4.
  3. Select only the supplied MAC-ID, XC or M3U method.

Keep the hardware model, operating system, app publisher/version and account method together. Installing a player does not itself supply a StarShare subscription or a separate platform membership.

Use an observable first test.

Identify the MYTVOnline version and the method supplied for the account. Do not replace a device-ID route with username/password fields without confirmation.

After installing the confirmed compatible app, contact StarShare through WhatsApp to request the one-day free trial. Use your normal screen, output path and network. Check one known source, compare another permitted item and record the time of any failure.

Preserve credentials before changing a configuration. A refresh, app restart, data-clear operation and full device reset can have different effects. Use the actual platform prompt and avoid destructive recovery as the first diagnostic action.
