Televisions with Fire TV setup guide
A manufacturer name or Fire TV badge alone does not identify the operating-system version. Ask for the full TV model and its software details.
A television brand does not identify the full platform.
Give the television manufacturer, exact model and operating system. A built-in Fire TV interface, an attached streaming stick and the television panel are different parts of the setup. Use the store and installation route documented for the actual operating system.

Keep the hardware model, operating system, app publisher/version and account method together. Installing a player does not itself supply a StarShare subscription or a separate platform membership.
Use an observable first test.
State whether the player runs inside the television or on an attached box. That distinction matters when locating settings and reporting input/output problems.
After installing the confirmed compatible app, contact StarShare through WhatsApp to request the one-day free trial. Use your normal screen, output path and network. Check one known source, compare another permitted item and record the time of any failure.
Preserve credentials before changing a configuration. A refresh, app restart, data-clear operation and full device reset can have different effects. Use the actual platform prompt and avoid destructive recovery as the first diagnostic action.
